什么是第九条?
Title IX of the 教育 Amendment of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of 性 in educational programs and activities at federally funded institutions. 第九条保护学生, 教师, 工作人员和游客到我们的校园从各种形式的性别歧视.

The 大学道德与合规办公室 is responsible for the investigation and resolution of alleged violations of A&移动商务的民权政策，包括第九条.

在其他情况下, it may be necessary for the university to move a student to a different residence hall or restrict access to certain locations on campus while an investigation is ongoing.

学生 who are “not in good standing” with the university for more than one semester are ineligible to receive a university administered scholarship. Some scholarships have stricter guidelines; for these scholarships, 不合格可能是由于较短的“信誉不佳”.”

During an investigation of allegations of 性-based violence or non-consensual penetration of another person, the dean of 学生 makes case-by-case determinations about a student’s eligibility to participate in extracurricular activities, 包括学生组织.

A student who re-enrolls with the university after a suspension period of one year or more will not be eligible to hold an office in any student organization or represent the university at any official function.

Such measures are designed to restore or preserve equal access to the member’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party, including measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the member’s educational or work environment, 或者阻止性骚扰.
